BASE 3 is a sandblasting unit designed for devesting and finishing. Fitted with a powerful devesting recycle projector, a tank for aggressive corundum for the removal of investments, and two disposable microblasting modules for aluminum oxide powder or glass-microbeads.
The standard configuration is a ready to use unit, best-suited to meet your basic needs and it is fitted with the new LED white lighting system.
DENTALFARM has developed the so-called W.A.FI.S. (WATER AIR FILTERING SYSTEM), a patented solution which eliminates airborne dust thanks to the combined action of water and air pressure, in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. The WAFIS system can be easily connected on the top left side of the machine and starts automatically when the sandblaster switches on.
DENTALFARM ranges also include PRO-3 and PRO-3 Shake suction units, which can be easily connected to any sandblasting machine.

Features
The main features of the machine are: the ergonomic layout of the working chamber, the safety of use, and the trouble-free structure of the mechanical installation. BASE 3 is equipped with useful accessories and ensures a fast, practical and accurate work. The unit consists of a devesting projector and of 2 EASY tanks, featuring a pressure discharge system and an instant stop of the blasting jet. 
The unit can thus operate with three different abrasive media.

Precautions
The sandblasting process originates toxic dust which must not be inhaled; for this reason,
it is absolutely forbidden to operate the machine if a proper suction system has not
been previously connected to the sandblaster.

FINISHING MICROBLASTERS
Last generation microblasting unit featuring attractive design. IDEA is proposed under the standard configuration fitted with two disposable abrasive tanks (aluminium oxide or micro glassbeads) and can be further upgraded with two additional tanks.
The working chamber incorporates a specific compartment separated by a filtering grate where the disposable product is accumulated. The front viewing glass opens widely over the working area to assure a complete visibility.
Its unique ergonomic design allows to keep the correct posture thus assuring exceptional comfortable working conditions.
The built-in WAFIS filtering system assures the extraction and elimination of the very fine dust particles originated during the blasting process through the combined action of atomised water (Dentalfarm patent).
