Tetric N-Ceram® Bulk Fill is the efficient, radiopaque 4-mm composite for direct restorative procedures in the posterior region.

Indications:

• Restoration of deciduous teeth
• Restorations in the posterior region (Classes I and II)
• Class-V restorations (cervical caries, root erosions, wedge-shaped defects)
• Extended fissure sealing in molars and premolars
• Reconstructive build-ups

• Can be placed in increments of up to 4 mm due to Ivocerin®, the patented light initiator

Fully automatic press function (FPF)

Due to the new patented and fully automatic press function (FPF), pressing is now even easier and more economical. All you need to do is put the investment ring into the furnace and press the start button - everything else is performed by the furnace itself.

Crack Detection System (CDS)

The Programat furnace features the Crack Detection System (CDS). This system identifies cracks in the investment ring at an early stage and reduces the pressure, if necessary. The press process ends in time to protect the restorations.

Automatic double-range temperature calibration (ATK2)

The ATK2 temperature checking system calibrates the temperature in the furnace fully automatically and accurately in two different temperature ranges. This ensures high-precision press and firing procedures and reproducible press and firing results with various types of materials (low- and high-fusing ceramics).

Convenient loading of the furnace chamber

Upon opening, the furnace head pivots upwards, and thus provides ample working space. As a result, the furnace chamber can be loaded easily and comfortably.

Software update via USB flash drive

It has never been easier to update your software: Simply plug in a USB flash drive containing the latest software version and press the “Software Update” button. The software is updated automatically.

Stand-by key to reduce power consumption

Efficient use of energy and responsible use of valuable resources: Ivoclar is committed to this goal. Therefore, our new Programat is equipped with the new Power Saving Technology. In the stand-by mode, the energy consumption of the furnace decreases by almost 40 percent. As a result, you save on electricity costs and help protect our environment. Take note – the G2 generation is only applicable to the Ceramic- and Press Furnaces (combination) – and not the CS (Chairside furnaces for Dentists) 

The Programat P710 ceramic furnace features infrared technology that can speed up the firing process by 200 % while enhancing the results as the thermal imaging camera controls the pre-drying and closing processes by measuring the temperature at the surface of objects being fired. Software calculates the most suitable times for these functions which can reduce ceramic cracking, while providing highly cost effective firing. A Digital Shade Assistant software application helps identify the ideal shade for the restoration, while the touchscreen is capable if viewing PDFs.

Our comprehensive intraoral imaging family is now complemented by a compact and intelligent imaging plate scanner. Planmeca ProScanner™ offers a fast scanning process and smart design details to support your everyday tasks. It is a powerful solution for both chairside and shared multi-room use. 

Easy and intelligent use:

Scanning is made easy with a magnetized ‘push and go’ feeding tray that is inserted for scanning with a simple push. Imaging plates snap to the feeding tray easily thanks to their corresponding magnets. The embedded eraser prepares the plates for immediate reuse. After each scan, a preview image is displayed on the scanner’s LCD touch screen for instant verification of the result.

The small and compact Planmeca ProScanner™ with streamlined and elegant design fits any room. Top-quality images are acquired in just a few seconds.

Perfect for multi-room clinics:

Planmeca ProScanner can be shared in the network between multiple treatment rooms. Shared use is based on RFID technology to automatically connect the patient file with the correct imaging plate. Prior to exposure, the serial number of the plate is read in the treatment room with Planmeca ProID™ RFID reader. Once the image has been scanned, it is automatically sent to the correct patient file and workstation.
