LEVANTE, new born by PININFARINA creative genius, is MEDESY original Line of handles.

ELEGANCE, PURITY OF LINES, INNOVATION, distinguishing features and values deeply imprinted in PININFARINA’s DNA were applied also for the approach to our LEVANTE project.

Project

LEVANTE denotes a double approach:

• A distinct focus on ergonomics through the valorisation of the materials.
• A strong resolution to design an iconic product.

Pure balance between ergonomic efficiency of the grip and delicate design which emphasizes smooth lines, perfectly fitting the hand palm while holding.

Ergonomics

The project scope was to create a new design for the handle that could ensure the preservation of a high standard functionality as well as improving the ergonomics to fulfill the needs for major comfort of the end-user.

LM ARTE Solo Anterior

These instruments exist for clinicians that need simplification. Only 2 instruments for all purpose, no complications. Firstly, use it intuitively, it's their function, soon Styleitaliano will publish protocols.

You can achieve any high end Anterior and Posterior restoration with only two instruments, always having the possibility to add your own touch.

LM Instruments

LM-Slimfit

Luxating instruments designed for extremely narrow places. LM-SlimFit instruments are especially designed to reach places you cannot go with traditional luxating instruments. It allows tooth extraction to be done as atraumatically as possible. This is important in order to enable rapid healing. The extremely fine tip of the instrument is introduced into the very narrow periodontal space. The instrument is slowly advanced towards the apex of the root while turning the instrument gently back and forth. The LM-SlimLift is not suitable for use as an elevator.

LM Dual Gracey

LM Dual Gracey™ combines the benefits of a universal curette and a Gracey curette in one. These instruments are designed for the removal of supra and subgingival calculus from all tooth surfaces. The LM Dual Gracey™ concept, combining Gracey curettes and universal curettes, enables fewer instruments to be used. The traditional set of four Graceys may be replaced with only two LM Dual Gracey™ instruments: LM-Syntette™ and LM-Syntette™ Anterior. The mini model is excellent in narrow and deep pockets.

Each LM Dual Gracey™ tip has two elliptical cutting edges – a mesial and a distal edge. This design allows for treatment of both mesial and distal tooth surfaces. The lower shank is kept parallel to the tooth surface while scaling, of particular convenience when accessing subgingivally. LM Dual Graceys™ are suitable for vertical, horizontal and oblique scaling techniques.
