Dentalfarm Hydrovap Semi-Automatic System Cleaner

Steam cleaner featuring a large capacity stainless steel boiler, perfectly insulated and fitted with external resistance, a solution avoiding the corrosive action of limescale.
The water filling is activated by pressing the white button placed on the left of the frontal panel and can be operated during the daily use without waiting for the boiler to cool down. By pressing the white button the water is picked up from an external tank. In such a way, small quantities of cold water can be poured in, thus preventing the internal temperature to fall down. The operator must only pay proper attention not to exceed the maximum water level (as per the manual version).
This new model allows the optional connection to the water mains, a solution that can be chosen at the moment of the installation.
Steam is delivered through a spraying gun with adjustable flow.
Working pressure is set at 6 BAR and water temperature reaches 155°C, parameters assuring complete degreasing action and deep cleaning of any surface.

UV LIGHT-CURING UNIT FOR COMPOSITES
Photopol PRO is a multi-purpose light-curing furnace which best suits with most composites sensitive to UV light.
Three extremely powerful circuits à 8 LED UV at different frequency assure the overall radiation.
The distinctive feature of each individual LED is a specific collimation lens focusing the light (therefore the emitted power) in a very restricted angle of incidence.
Both the working chamber and the horizontal plane are coated with highly reflecting material assuring a mirror effect with no dispersion of ultraviolet rays.
The support plate is steadily rotating and it has been conveniently assembled on a sliding drawer allowing to position and to pick up easily the elements to be treated.

FINISHING MICROBLASTERS
Last generation microblasting unit featuring attractive design. IDEA is proposed under the standard configuration fitted with two disposable abrasive tanks (aluminium oxide or micro glassbeads) and can be further upgraded with two additional tanks.
The working chamber incorporates a specific compartment separated by a filtering grate where the disposable product is accumulated. The front viewing glass opens widely over the working area to assure a complete visibility.
Its unique ergonomic design allows to keep the correct posture thus assuring exceptional comfortable working conditions.
The built-in WAFIS filtering system assures the extraction and elimination of the very fine dust particles originated during the blasting process through the combined action of atomised water (Dentalfarm patent).

WORKING LAMP
Professional working lamp assuring a wide lighting view over the operating area.
The lamp features two extremely powerful LED SMD bars for pure white light. Each LED bar can be operated individually (providing for simulteaeous or individual operation) and the brightness level can be adjusted electronically to achieve the most suitable working condition. The extensible double-joint arm allows for ideal position of the lamp thus avoiding any shades.
The lamp can be permanently fixed on the bench or hung on the wall by means of the available accessories to meet any space requirements.
LED light emission is white, 6.400° Kelvin, very similar to natural light.

Dentalfarm WAFIS Add-on

W.A.FI.S. is a dust suction and filtering system :
The Water Air Filtering System is an exclusive DENTALFARM patent that, thanks to the combined action of water and air pressure, eliminates up to 99.8% of the dust particles originated during the sandblasting process solving the problems connected to the toxis dust originated during any sandblasting process.
This compact unit has been expressly designed to be fitted on the left side of DENTALFARM blasting equipment. Power supply is connected to the sandblaster and it starts automatically the moment the light switch is operated. The water is contained in the same tank where the blasting residues are collected. The elimination of sludge accumulated at the bottom and water level restoration is only needed on a monthly basis.

Precautions
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
The system is not built up by any parts subject to wear which require regular replacement such as filters or filtering bags or electric motor susceptible to be damaged by the fine abrasive powder. The only maintenance operations for the WAFIS System consist in a steady cleaning and the assurance that air can flow out freely, without any obstruction. ONCE A DAY, remove the inspection cap (F) and introduce the cleaning swab (G) inside EVERY WEEK in case of huge work or alternatively EVERY 15 DAYS, remove the connections from the can, empty it, clean it carefully and pour in fresh water.
