Provicol®
Eugenol-Free Temporary Luting Cement With Calcium Hydroxide
The demands placed on temporary luting materials are high. Primarily, the restoration needs to sit accurately and securely so that it will not drop out. At the same time, however, it must be easy to remove again without being damaged. The products in the Provicol range satisfy both criteria. The range comprising the tried-and-tested materials Provicol, Provicol QM and Provicol C has now been expanded with the new product Provicol QM Plus. Provicol QM Plus features the same properties and advantages as all the other Provicol products, but in addition offers even higher adhesive strength.
All the Provicol products convince with the following advantages
• They can be used for many different cases of temporary luting
• They do not contain eugenol and are thus ideal for use prior to adhesive luting with composite materials
• They contain calcium hydroxide. Calcium hydroxide promotes the formation of tertiary dentine and has a bacteriostatic effect

Thanks to the QuickMix syringe, Provicol QM can be used quickly without mixing errors or bubbles, and can applied directly to the tooth or workpiece.

The temporary luting agent is also available in tubes as a hand-mix version.
Provicol® C – In cartridges for multiple use
Available in economical 65 g cartridges, Provicol C offers rapid working and direct application with error-free and bubble-free mixing.
